VITO (the Flemish Institute for Technological Research) recently renewed its 4-year contract for the provision of translation and proofreading services with Eclipse Translations Ltd. The contract primarily involves the translation of documents of a scientific, technical or institutional nature, mainly in language combinations involving English, Dutch, French and German, but also Chinese and Arabic.

Eclipse Translations has recently signed an agreement with The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Geneva, Switzerland of a new 3-year contract for the provision of translation services. Eclipse Translations will work on translations that are not currently covered in-house. The contract will cover translation of countries’ application documents, reports and day-to-day documents, plus audio transcription and summarization services.

The Global Fund is a 21st-century organization designed to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics. The Global Fund raises and invests nearly US$4 billion a year to support local programs in more than 140 countries.
