We have a computerised translator management system capable of matching your requirements by both language and subject area to members of our worldwide network of translators.
For certain high volume translation requirements in a particular language and field of knowledge, for example, defence, medicine, pharmaceuticals, we have developed special in-house services in consultation with sector experts and we use subject-matter specialists who work with professional translators to assist with terminology and check final copy.
We also undertake general, commercial and business translation.

Do you use freelance translators? |
We use freelance translators in addition to our in-house translators to give us full- service flexibility and meet our clients' wide range of requirements across all languages, subject areas and applications.
Our translators are professionals. They all have many years' experience in their chosen field. Our freelance translators possess equipment and software which is compatible with our own and ensures rapid communication via electronic mail.
The use of freelance translators allows us to follow our golden rule - translate only into your own mother tongue and in fields in which you are competent.
We have over 600 translators on our database with whom we work worldwide to meet your particular translation needs.

What are your rates for translation? |
We charge on a per word basis, which is normal practice in our industry, to reflect the work actually done by the translator.
Our rate per word varies depending on the technical complexity of the text to be translated and the word volume of the target language, the language into which the text is translated. Therefore we ask to see the document you need translating before we provide you with a quotation.
If we have not seen the document, we can provide you with guide price, but this will be approximate and not very meaningful.
If possible, please e-mail us, attaching your document as an MS Word file. Normally you will receive our quotation within a few working hours.
Alternatively, you may fax or mail your document to us.

What is your delivery time for translations? |
Our quotation will include an estimated delivery time.
If you require delivery to meet a particular deadline, tell us when, and we will see if the assignment can be scheduled to suit your needs.
Our normal delivery time is our best delivery time estimated to assure you of good quality translation.

Do you proofread translations before delivering them? |
We proofread all translations in company before sending them out to our clients.

In what format do you need to receive documents for translation? |
Please send us your documents in an MS Word file attached to an e-mail stating your requirements. If the text cannot be transmitted electronically, please either fax or mail it to us.
